1. Information Users Provide

2. Website and Browser-Based Tools

Browser-based image and file tools that state they use local or client-side processing process the selected content within the user's browser. Such content is not uploaded to a server operated by marimotomatoapps. If a tool needs to send content to an external service, that use will be disclosed in the tool before or when the relevant feature is used.

3. Mobile Applications

Our mobile applications may store settings, scores, generated content, or other data locally on the user's device. They may access device functions, photos, media, or storage only when required for a feature selected by the user or as otherwise explained in the app.

Some applications display advertising or use third-party services. Those providers may process data according to their own privacy policies. When an application introduces data handling that is not covered by these common terms, we will add an app-specific explanation to this Policy.

4. App-Specific Information

Page Map

• No account registration is required. Page Map does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
• To provide its home launcher features, the app obtains the display name, package name, launch information, and icon of launchable apps on the device. When a user chooses a widget, it also uses the provider app name, widget name, provider identifiers, and preview image on the device. This information is not sent to or stored on a server operated by marimotomatoapps.
• Layout information, including page names, app and bottom-bar placements, and settings related to selected widgets, is stored on the user's device.
• Screenshots selected by the user for the migration guide are copied and stored on the device to display that guide. These images are not uploaded to or stored on a server operated by marimotomatoapps.
• When the user chooses to create a backup, a ZIP file containing layout information and any applicable migration-guide screenshots is saved to the location the user chooses through the system file picker. A backup file may include information that identifies placed apps or widgets. The user controls whether to share it and can delete it through the device's file management functions.
• Widget content is displayed on the device by the provider application selected by the user. Page Map does not send that content to marimotomatoapps' servers. Please review the privacy policy of each widget provider for its handling of data.
• Page Map data stored on the device can be removed by clearing the app's data in device settings or by uninstalling the app. Backup files saved by the user must be deleted separately using the device's file management functions.

MioPeta

• No account registration is required.
• Photos, avatar images, and face-cover images selected by the user are processed on the user's device to provide the photo editing features. These images are not uploaded to or stored on a server operated by marimotomatoapps.
• Registered avatar and face-cover images, language preferences, sound-effect preferences, and similar settings are stored on the user's device. Registered images can be deleted within the app, and uninstalling the app also removes its locally stored app data.
• Face-cover stickers are placed manually by the user. The app does not perform face recognition or collect biometric identifiers.
• When the user chooses to save, the app saves a PNG copy of the edited image on the device. The original photo is not modified, and metadata such as location information from the original photo is not copied to the saved image. The saved image remains on the device until the user deletes it using the device's photo or file management functions.
• The app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements.

Suit Camo Maker

• No account registration is required.
• Camouflage designs are generated on the user's device. Generated images and design settings are not uploaded to or stored on a server operated by marimotomatoapps.
• The app may request access to photos or media when the user chooses to save a generated image. This access is used only for the requested save operation.
• Saved images remain on the user's device until the user deletes them through the device's photo or file management functions.
• The app uses Google AdMob for banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. A rewarded advertisement is displayed only when the user chooses to watch it to use the applicable save option.

ScoreShiftReversi

• No account registration is required.
• Games are played against the CPU or by two players sharing the same device. The app does not provide online matches.
• Language, sound-effect, and similar app settings are stored on the user's device. Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored app data.
• The app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements.

5. Advertising Services

This website uses ninja AdMax and other third-party advertising services to display advertisements. In addition, our mobile applications use Google AdMob for in-app advertisements.

Third-party ad vendors, including ninja AdMax and Google AdMob, may use cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies to serve advertisements based on users' visits or usage. These technologies do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, email address, or telephone number.

6. Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required by applicable law, a consent message or privacy choices may be presented before advertising or related services are requested. Suit Camo Maker, MioPeta, and ScoreShiftReversi use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required. Depending on the user's region and choices, personalized or non-personalized advertisements may be displayed.

When required, these apps display an entry point to advertising privacy choices that allows users to review or change their consent choices. Users may also manage advertising preferences through their device or Google account settings.

7. Analytics and Cookies

The website may use Google Analytics, cookies, or similar technologies to understand traffic, protect the Services, and improve usability. Users can restrict or disable cookies in their browser settings, although some features may not work as intended.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

Data stored locally by a tool or application can generally be deleted using the browser, application, photo, storage, or device management functions. Data processed by third-party providers is retained and deleted according to their respective policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Services. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information handled by third-party services is also subject to the security practices of those providers.
